The Fasting Method Community
Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted in USD.
PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
The Fasting Method Community (“Community”) is a subscription-based Services with monthly or annual memberships that will automatically renew until You cancel Your membership. Subject to the terms below, Your membership can be cancelled anytime by logging into your account unless you subscribed through PayPal or the Apple App Store. If you subscribed through PayPal please email Us at support@thefastingmethod.com to cancel your subscription. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please cancel your subscription through your iOS device. All memberships will remain active until the end of a member’s current billing cycle. If Your subscription started with a free trial, Your chosen method of payment will be automatically billed once Your trial period has ended. Lifetime memberships do not automatically renew.
If for any reason Your payment method is not processed successfully, We reserve the right to suspend Your access to the Community until Your subscription is brought into good standing.
PAYMENT METHOD
For members that signed up through idmprogram.com or thefasthingmethod.com, Your monthly, annual or lifetime membership payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe, or the applicable application marketplace (such as the App Store or Google Play) (“Payment Processors”). All payment information is handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry (“PCI”) guidelines with Our Payment Processors. Our subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically upon the end of the term. You hereby authorize Us to continue to charge the method of payment You have provided to one of Our Payment Processors until You have cancelled Your subscription.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Community subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by law or any applicable partner/Services provider terms. Once Your subscription is cancelled You will retain access to Your account until the end of Your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued. All memberships must be cancelled at least a day before Your next billing cycle begins. While We may attempt to process cancellations submitted thereafter, You are responsible for renewal payments that may process due to any late cancellation.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
We occasionally offer promotions for new subscribers. Each user is only authorized for one promotional offer except current or past subscribers who have purchased a coaching package through Our Coaching Program or Masterclass who have received a subsequent free trial or promotional offer with the purchase of a coaching package masterclass.
If You are an existing subscriber and You purchased a coaching or masterclass package that is eligible for a promotional offer, You must cancel Your subscription Your subscription prior to the end of your promotional offer, or Your subscription will automatically renew at the billing frequency you previously agreed to.
If We discover a client has abused or circumvented our promotional offers, We reserve the right to immediately process their payment for difference between the promotional offer and the regular price for the type of subscription they have chosen.
For promotional offers before January 1, 2023, where a subscriber was required to enter a promotional code and did not, No refunds will be issued if You failed to cancel Your subscription and signup again using the promotional code or link. If You received a coupon code with the purchase of a Coaching Package, the coupon code is valid for one use and may not be shared with other potential users. If We find that the code has been shared, We reserve the right to immediately charge or delete the shared users’ account.
PRICE CHANGES
Occasionally We might adjust the pricing of Our subscriptions. For any price increases We will provide existing users with a minimum of 30 days notice. If You do not cancel Your subscription within these 30 days, We would have deemed You in acceptance and agreeance with the new subscription fee.
The Fasting Method Masterclasses, Coaching Packages and Appointments and Health Consultation

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All Masterclasses purchases are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable.
PRICING
We reserve the right to alter the price of the Masterclass without notice.
Promotional Offers
If You purchase a Coaching or Masterclass Package that comes with a subscription to our Membership Community, You will be automatically enrolled in the Membership Community and will be responsible for ensuring that Your membership is cancelled at the end of the free trial or promotional period, otherwise, it will automatically renew until cancelled. To cancel Your subscription, please email support@thefastingmethod.com
Personalized Coaching Packages and Sessions, Behavioral Coaching Packages and Sessions, Health Consultation Sessions, Retreats and Fasting Method Ambassador Network Packages.
We occasionally offer promotions and discounts on Personalized Coaching Packages and Sessions, Behavioral Coaching Packages and Sessions, and Masterclass Packages. ll promotional pricing is valid only during the promotional period.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All Coaching Packages, Sessions, Health Consultations, Retreat and Fasting Method Ambassadors Network packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Coaching Packages purchased before August 17, 2020 are valid for 365 days. All Coaching packages purchased on or after August 17, 2020 are valid for 180 days. Behavioral Pilot Coaching Packages are valid until July 31, 2020 and Behavioral Coaching Packages are valid for 180 days. Retreat packages are valid only for the retreat for which they have been purchased. All Coaching packages purchased September 1, 2022 and December 21, 2022 are valid for 270 days. All Coaching Packages purchased on or after December 22, 2022 are valid for 180 days. All Coaching package sessions purchased with Megan Ramos from April 18, 2023, to August 31, 2023, are valid until October 15, 2023.
Under extreme circumstances We may be forced to cancel a Retreat. In these extreme circumstances’ We will work with You to provide refunds or credits for a future retreat or event.
PRICING
We reserve the right to alter the price or available packages at any time for the Personalized Coaching Program. If You have had a consultation with an TFM Coach and were offered a package, the price for the package offered is valid for 30 days after Your consultation, excluding promotional offers. To request an old price or inquire about the availability of an old package please reach out to Your coach or to support@thefastingmethod.com.
We reserve the right to alter the price of available single sessions for Personalized, Behavioral or Health Consultation appointments.
We reserve the right to alter the prices or available packages at any time for the Behavioral Coaching Program.
PERSONALIZED AND BEHAVIORAL COACHING AND HEALTH CONSULTANT SESSION CANCELLATION AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
All appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or any missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the appointment.
COACHING TRANSFERS
All Personalized or Behavioral coaching packages and sessions and Health Consultation sessions are valid only for the Coach or Health Consultant for which they have been purchased. However, We retain the right to transfer a client at our sole discretion under extreme or unusual circumstances to another Coach or Health Consultant.
